"Handwriting University India" figures in the UGC list of fake universities

National University of Electro Complex Homeopathy, Kanpur

United Nations University, Delhi

Vocational University, Delhi

Raja Arabic University, Nagpur

The Institute of Para Medical Sciences, Meerut (UP)

These are just a few of the 22 universities in the UGC's list of fake universities in India. [Update: Mumbai Mirror's website sucks. Here is the alert at the UGC website.]

In the list, the award for academic depth goes to Handwriting University India, Basavangudi, Bangalore. Check out its website!

The award for transparency should go to Commercial University Ltd, Daryaganj, Delhi.

Funny. No. Scary, actually. The URL isn't working, btw.

Sanket: I agree, it's scary. Thanks for pointing out the non-working link. Mumbai Mirror's website sucks! I have given the URL of the alert over at the UGC's website.

Shrikant: Hmmm, looks like UGC keeps publishing these alerts on a regular basis!

My question is: Why can't the UGC simply 'outlaw' these 'universities' by initiating some action against them?

This handwriting university changed its name to Handwriting Institute India and started its business again. They show big dreams and deliver nothing. Many youth have been cheated by this institute. The owner of that organisation - Rafiullah Baig and Imran Baig are two big con men who know only one thing - how to mesmerize people and rob the money.

They put themselves a fake claim that they are the root causes for every handwriting analyst in india. Theyare the root cause for creating worst graphology standards in india.
